Our roastery, Casa del Caffè, was founded in 1993 in Villabate, in the province of Palermo, as a small artisanal workshop for grinding and selling coffee, thanks to its founder, Zino Di Peri. In 1996, his children Lino, Giovanni, and Maria – the current owners – began supporting their father: much has changed since then, but the passion for quality coffee and artisanal care have remained.
Even today, our mission remains the same: to spread the culture of good coffee.
